I’m a specialist personal trainer for women with PCOS, passionate about fat‑loss transformations, strength gains, and building long‑term healthy lifestyles. Over the past 9 years, I’ve gone from fighting six‑month cycles and low motivation to thriving and now I help clients do the same.
I cut through the noise with straight‑talk coaching - no fluff, no gimmicks, so you see real results, not empty promises.
I offer online coaching via my custom app and 1‑to‑1 personal training sessions in East Sussex and Kent.

IN PERSON PT SESSIONS
Are you based in East Sussex or Kent and looking for a personal trainer who can help you achieve real, lasting results?
I offer one-to-one personal training sessions tailored to your goals, fitness level and lifestyle. Sessions can take place in the environment that suits you best, whether that's in the comfort of your own home, at a private training facility, or in a dedicated gym setting.
Train at Assassins Gym in Crowborough, a hardcore bodybuilding studio with an incredible atmosphere, where the energy, equipment and environment are designed to keep you motivated and pushing your limits.
Alternatively, enjoy a more private and peaceful experience at Yard Fitness in Groombridge, a tranquil training studio surrounded by countryside, offering maximum privacy and a relaxed environment away from the crowds.
For those who prefer the convenience of training at home, I also provide mobile personal training throughout East Sussex and Kent, bringing professional coaching directly to your doorstep. All types of Personal Training Sessions are £60 per session.
