I’m Lottie, a qualified personal trainer with a sharp focus on helping women, especially those with PCOS feel strong, capable, and fully in control of their bodies.

Nearly a decade ago, I was stuck in a cycle of low energy, poor sleep, irregular periods, and constant frustration. Doctors gave me vague advice. Gyms felt overwhelming. And nothing seemed to stick.

So I got to work. I studied, trained, experimented, and rebuilt my body from the inside out. Today, I’ve fully managed my PCOS symptoms, regulated my cycle, and built the physical and mental strength I once thought was out of reach.

And now? I help other women do the same.
